Shipping Information

Shipping Provider:
Orders are shipped via DHL.
You can choose between:

DHL shipping with tracking – you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.
DHL shipping without tracking – lower-cost option, but without parcel tracking.

Shipping Costs:
Exact shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart and on the order summary page before completing your purchase.
For shipping outside Germany, please contact us in advance so we can check availability and costs.

Delivery Times:
Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery will be made within 2–5 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, after receipt of payment).
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you order multiple items with different delivery times, they will be shipped together – unless otherwise agreed – once all items are available.

Additional Information

Conclusion of Contract: The contract is concluded as soon as you click the “Order with obligation to pay” button in the final step of the order process and we confirm your order by email.
